Sandra Richardson

Sandra knows that walking into a gynaecology practice can sometimes feel daunting. That’s why she wants every woman who arrives at Sorella to find someone behind the reception desk who genuinely cares about how they are feeling.

With 28 years’ experience in medical administration, Sandra combines the organisation and attention to detail needed to keep a busy practice running with a calm, approachable manner. She welcomes patients, manages appointments and enquiries, processes referrals and correspondence, and liaises with clinicians, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.

Just as importantly, Sandra understands that every patient is different. She is comfortable helping women through sensitive and personal situations and aims to handle every interaction with professionalism, empathy and discretion.

Her hope is that women feel able to be themselves, ask questions and never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at Sorella.

Outside work, Sandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and crocheting – her favourite creative escape.
