Cindy Modderman

Cindy may be relatively new to medical administration, but she brings a wealth of experience in helping people feel supported when they need it most.

Before joining Sorella, Cindy worked as both a Police Officer and Paramedic – roles that taught her how to communicate with people from all walks of life, stay calm under pressure and support people through vulnerable moments.

Today, she puts those skills to work helping women feel welcome and comfortable from their very first contact with Sorella. Cindy loves getting to know patients, building rapport and making it easier for women to ask questions or simply have a chat when they’re feeling a little daunted.

Family is a huge part of Cindy’s life. She’s a proud mum to three daughters and nanny to a little boy. Outside Sorella, you’ll find her planning events, tackling home and garden projects, volunteering with Rotary or indulging her love of sport. After more than 50 years of playing, coaching and parenting from the sidelines, she remains a self-described netball tragic.
